This page explains what data Kuvo collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. This policy is maintained by Kuvo and applies to all users of the platform.
When you sign up we collect your name, phone number, email address and city. When you post a job we collect details of the work you need done. Professionals additionally provide national ID, trade credentials and portfolio content used for verification.
To match customers with pros, deliver leads, moderate the platform, send transactional messages (via SMS, WhatsApp and email), and improve product quality. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Data is hosted on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to authorised Kuvo staff on a need-to-know basis. National ID copies used for verification are stored separately with additional access controls.
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for deletion by emailing info@kuvo.co.zw. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days, subject to legal record-keeping obligations.
