Only customers who accepted a quote through Kuvo and marked the job complete. This closes the loop and blocks fake reviews from competitors or friends of the pro.

We remove reviews that contain hate speech, personally identifying information about third parties, obvious payment disputes better handled by mediation, or content that violates Zimbabwean law. Otherwise reviews stay up — the good and the critical.

Pros can reply publicly to any review from their Kuvo Pros app. They cannot delete reviews. Persistently low-rated pros lose visibility and may be suspended.
