By using Kuvo you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they cover how the platform works, your responsibilities, and how disputes are resolved.
Kuvo is a marketplace that introduces customers to independent professionals. Kuvo is not the employer of, and is not responsible for the work carried out by, any professional. All contracts for work are between the customer and the professional directly.
Provide accurate job details, respond to quotes in a reasonable time, treat pros professionally, and pay agreed amounts promptly. Do not use the platform to contract for illegal or unsafe work.
Maintain valid trade credentials, deliver quoted work to a reasonable standard, comply with all Zimbabwe laws (ZIMRA, ZERA, ZESA, PRAZ where applicable), and hold appropriate insurance.
Customers pay pros directly. Pros purchase credits to unlock leads. Credits are non-refundable once a lead has been opened. Unused credits do not expire.
Kuvo mediates disputes on a best-effort basis. Serious issues (fraud, safety, unlawful conduct) may be escalated to Zimbabwe Republic Police or the relevant industry regulator.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, provide false information, or accumulate confirmed complaints. You may close your account at any time by emailing info@kuvo.co.zw.
